An enthusiastic, energetic, indefatigable champion who believes that there is a problem, and that their can be a solution. Someone like you.
Leadership in the organization and in the management of the various clinical departments who see that services for children can be better, and that it's in their best interest to improve them. (this is nice, but not essential)
Child-like staff who are good with kids, or staff who'd like to be. Find those who are interested in learning and applying these techniques, and in championing this approach in their department.

Print up a bunch of the Children's Team ID's for distribution at the end of the class.
If you so choose, download and print the Children's Team Playbook for distribution to the class participants for future reference.
Schedule a workshop. You need a room for 2 hours, a computer, a projector, some large stuffed animals to demonstrate holds, and of course staff who are interested in learning and applying these skills.
